Minimum qualifications:
MBA degree or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience working in technical sales, sales engineering, or professional consulting with a focus on designing systems, writing PRDs, or coding web applications.

Experience in the digital advertising industry.

Experience in stakeholder management and navigating business organizations and solutions.

Preferred qualifications:
Experience planning, managing, and/or coordinating complex technical projects and team members to deliver quality results within deadlines.

Ability to establish close working relationships with key leaders at companies worldwide.

Ability to work well in ambiguity, solve complex challenges, and scale effectively across a large organization and highly distributed team.

Ability to adapt your message to both technical and business audiences.

Excellent communication skills.

As a Technology Solutions Partner (TPS), you'll work across the entire Google stack to build and offer innovative solutions for our customers. You will work with a group of partners and the Sales team to help scope, define, and build solutions in partnership with other teams. As a technical thought leader, you will help customers achieve their goals through technical innovation.

Be a collaborative technical leader and partner for our brand and our advertisers. Derive insights, inform strategies, and prototype potential solutions.

Partner with Google’s advertiser clients to establish a technical road map. Represent Google and demonstrate a full understanding of all Google Ad products.

Develop effective relationships with executives and understand their businesses and technical constraints to be able to recommend technical implementations.

Produce actionable, results-oriented strategies to solve complex, ambiguous, open-ended business challenges.

Act as a Technical Lead, providing consulting services focused on achieving business goals through the use of Google technology.
