We are looking for candidates who have experienceand expertise in one or more of the following areas: · Customer Strategy - Help clients build capabilitiesto better understand customer value drivers and make choices about the marketsand segments they serve through digital, social, and mobile channels; optimizepricing decisions and shape the most strategic issues on the CMO agenda· Customer Experience - Help clients improve the quality,nature and power of interactions between the customer and the organizationacross the lifecycle of sales, marketing and service at every touch point· Customer Operations - Help clients across the entirecustomer service and inside sales functions in defining their strategy,operating model and omni-channel strategy· Pricing Strategy - Provide clients with strategic advice,market-leading practices and tools, and proven, pragmatic solutions to makebetter, more profitable pricing decisions· Digital Strategy - Help clients define digitalstrategy vision, translate it into digital requirements, develop business case aroundnew digital operating model and develop a digital roadmap enabled bycompetitive ecosystem studies, digital user journey design, digitalcapabilities, digital tools and technologies (CRM, omni-channel, salessolutions, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, etc.)· Marketing Strategy and operations - Create and drive Marketing strategies that developnew businesses or turn around ailing ones; define valuepropositions and strategic imperatives for growth that can help reducemarketing costs, increase speed-to-market, establish and elevate brandstandards and simplify digital delivery RequiredExperience and SkillsWe are looking for a highlymotivated individuals with experience in one or more of the above mentionedareas along with strong analytics skills to be part of the Customer Strategypractice who can work towards attaining profitable growth, strategicallymanaging costs and navigating risks.1. Preferred Customer Strategy Skills: • Experience in customer journey mapping and applying human centereddesign and innovation frameworks to transform customer experience• Exposure to customer segmentation, customer targeting anddifferentiation• Exposure to contact center technology, contact center outsourcing,BPO vendor selection, etc.• Experience in delivering multi-channel and omni-channel customerstrategies that incorporate mobile, digital and technology platforms• Understanding of revenue management, pricing function, processesand technologies 2. Core Consulting Skills: • Clear and concise communication – conduct client interviews,participate in workshops/trainings and present recommendations • Good client presence – interact and build relationships withclients and other team members • Analytical thinking – ability to perform detailed, quantitativeanalysis and research (primary and secondary).
