Regional Manager - Restaurant Operations ( 8 Year to 13 Year)


Qualification: BHM

  • To coordinate in setting up of outlets.
  • Assisting in evaluation of menu in line with guest preferences.
  • Ensure uniformity of portions and control result in food cost, per portion.
  • To formulate strategies for effective localize promotions to augment sales volumes for the respective outlets.
  • To handle / manage staff related issues at the outlets and ensure adequate staffing.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by achieving a high standard .
  • Publicizes the restaurant by designing and placing advertisements; inviting food editors to review the restaurant; contacting local, regional, and national magazines with feature ideas; encouraging local businesses to hold social events at the restaurant.
