Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks such as AngularJS, ReactJS, etc.

Experience with information systems and technologies (e.g., data management, databases, SQL, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:
4 years of hands-on experience in Internet products and technologies.

4 years of experience writing and managing system and technical requirements.

Track record in technical roles with Product Management and Engineering.

Ability to work and communicate effectively with stakeholders and to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Effective problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Actions on Google (AoG) is the developer platform for developers to get things done on Google. Actions on Google further enhances the Assistant user experience by enabling developers to bring their services to the Assistant.

As a Partner Technology Manager (PTM), you will be responsible for the technical implementation or operational success of our partners from onboarding to optimization, and be the "voice of the partner" in feature prioritization discussions. This includes working closely with internal cross-functional teams in Product Management, Engineering, Business Development, and other groups. You will be creating tools and reports to streamline operational processes, developing detailed documentation and process diagrams, assisting partners with their questions and concerns, and increasing the overall efficiency of how we implement our products. You'll engage directly with partners on a regular basis. You're able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints. Entrepreneurial and detail-oriented, you are motivated by bringing Google products and technologies to market and to our partners. Your technical leadership will drive end-to-end testing to completion in order to guarantee amazing end-user experience with the product.

Identify, drive and optimize the user experience, engagement and business growth for partners by leveraging Google technologies.

Perform implementation reviews, advocate new product features and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.

Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Business Development teams.

Design effective launch programs with partners to ensure that new products and feature releases are tested before broad-scale deployment.

Guarantee the technical aspects of developer integrations by providing necessary documentation and guidance.
