Operations Manager - (19000562)
Maximize GMV while delivering great Customer Experience.

1. Drive Business

  • For OYO, managing portfolio of OYO properties ~ 5-7 properties
  • Ensuring correct occupancy by performing checks for revenue
  • Checking availability on daily basis

2. Operations
  • Property Brilliance: Auditing and performing quality checks by property visits and checking room level infrastructure and amenities. Checking kitchen inventory & toiletry stocks and ensuring timely replenishment
  • Service Excellence: Training OYO staff towards processes adherence and hospitality
  • Owner Engagement: Meeting owner and engaging in periodic service reviews
  • Guest engagement: Ensuring a great customer experience and minimizing customer escalations
  • Revenue Management: Providing inputs to Pricing team about local events

3. Skills Required

  • Strong willingness to work on the ground with customers
  • High on ownership and go getter attitude
  • Think on the feet to search for solutions
  • Strong communication
  • Process driven thinking
  • Problem solving ability; data driven and ability to work on MS Excel and Power point

Education: Graduates (Preferably Hotel Management)

Work Experience: 0-3 Years (Candidate should have hospitality/operations background. Preferably Duty Managers, Restaurant Managers)
