Job Description

Experience - Minimum 2 years
Salary - not a a constraint for the right candidate
Location - Mumbai (Andheri) / Nagpur

  • Implementation, configuration and Support for US based clients.
  • Understanding and analyzing customer requirements.
  • Modify software contents and create templates/questionnaires based on Client specialty.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot client problems and needs, identify their source, and determine possible solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and software development team as necessary in resolving issues/enhancements. Documenting the requirement to Development team.
  • Meet customer requirements within the stipulated time.
  • Interaction with US clients may be required to understand key requirements and for knowledge transfer sessions.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

1. Good knowledge of English and Medical terminologies.

2. Good understanding of clinical workflows within a Hospital.

3. Knowledge of healthcare processes.

4. Ability to work with and communicate to a diverse work force in all levels of the organization.

5. Ability to work independently and function as an integral part of the team.

6. Good verbal and written communication skills.

7. Should have good analytical reasoning and problem solving skills.

8. Knowledge and ability to use computer software, including, Microsoft environment, e.g.: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Salary: INR 2,50,000 - 4,75,000 P.A.
