Minimum qualifications:
8 years of experience in consumer brand or product marketing for an offline brand.

3 years of experience in offline creative development with video/static production teams and media planning/measurement.

2 years of experience in digital and mobile marketing, with a focus on developing and executing campaigns.

Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of the branding creative ecosystem, culture and language.

Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks swiftly, and follow through with team members to achieve group and individual business goals.

Ability to balance competing priorities and manage several time-sensitive projects at once in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.

Ability to think creatively and constructively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

The Marketing and Creative Solutions teams motivates, consults, mentors, and partner closely with our advertisers and agencies to help them develop digital solutions, in-house capability, and creative excellence. We deliver 1:1 consults, motivate, and shape how the marketing and creative ecosystem evolves, driving thought leadership internally as well as externally at public forums. As a Marketing and Creative Solutions Manager, you'll work across advertiser brand management teams, and creative and media agencies, transferring our in-house creative intelligence so that they can build impactful creative assets on digital.

Everyday is a new challenge and we are expected to combine our knowledge of brand communication and creative strategy with entrepreneurial drive to identify and educate advertisers/agencies about Google's advertising platforms and technologies.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences. Responsibilities

Drive creative advertiser solutions and upper-funnel business growth pipeline in collaboration with Large Customer Sales teams.

Develop relationships and serve as a trusted partner with our advertiser executives, Brand teams, and media, and creative agency partners, ensuring they are equipped to craft the right approach and assets for using Google platforms.

Drive the development of new creative intelligence by identifying hypotheses, running experiments, and building scalable narratives. Deliver this to the ecosystem to drive thought leadership, platform share, and product attach in marketing campaigns.

Ensure end-to-end solutions delivery managing operations across internal teams while creating new consumer experience opportunities for brands using our core technology on Google Cloud, Android, Chrome, etc.

Structure and implement programs to inspire and equip the creative ecosystem along with Marketing and Events teams. Lead the transformation on digital creative, data, and AI-based marketing.
