Senior Executive – Logistics BUSINESS LINE IFM – Integrated Facilities Management LOCATION Bangalore, India CLIENT Goldman Sachs REPORTING TO Facilities Manager – Property Manager DIRECT REPORT POSITIONS Nil POSITION GOALS To plan, organize and develop the overall operation of housekeeping in accordance with the client along with assuring the highest quality standards maintained at all times. Responsible for staffing, scheduling, training and developing staff. WORK DAYS Monday - Saturday WORKING HOURS Shifts DRESS CODE • Monday-Thursday-Formals • Fridays & Saturdays – Casuals (as per client standards) (Follow strict corporate grooming standards) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage the daily activities of the Logistics management as per defined SLA. • Planning, organizing and coordinating with different stakeholders for delivery of materials. • Ensure all inward materials are checked thoroughly as per delivery challan and are stored in the designated areas. • Ensure proper inventory management of all stock materials are followed and tracked properly. • Generate reports based on need and consumption. • Liaise with vendor and Security for smooth entry and exit of materials. • Coordinate with the vendor to ensure necessary statutory documents are in place for shipment of materials and in compliance with the client requirement. • Review all check lists / log book and submit required details to the reporting manager for monthly report. • Update required data for monthly report as per the format circulated by the reporting manager. • Review & ensure that all the necessary documents are in place at the time of any internal or external audits. KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES • Coordination to ensure smooth workflow • Response time meet minimum response requirements set out in Policies and Procedures/Management Service Agreement • You should be at the forefront of building continuous improvement of processes and ensuring consistency PERSONAL EFFECTIVENESS • Set stretch targets for self and others, monitors and manages individual and team performance DECISION MAKING • Actively searches out opportunities to achieve best results RELATIONSHIP BUILDING • Promotes open, constructive and collaborative relations with superiors, subordinates, peers and clients • Gains respect of Jones Lang LaSalle people, clients, and where appropriate, with the broader business community COMMUNICATION REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Regularly communicates vision, strategy, plans and performance in a clear and motivational manner • Listens effectively and communicates through actions and example • Degree or relevant experience in similar domain of JD. • Minimum of 5-64 years’ experience in this type of work • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven experience in report writing and making presentations • Team Player as well as effective Leader with strong interpersonal skills • Experience in dealing with both internal and external customers • Strong computer skills – Including MS office, Microsoft Project
