Leasing Head / Sales Head

Job Descriptoin

The main role of the Sales Head will be to motivate their sub-ordinates to close sales. He should develop effective training programs that teach team members how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork and follow a proper process for the sale. After training, he should set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the team members to achieve. These goals are tracked through sales meetings that are conducted by the manager.

Experience in Leasing, Retail Leasing and Corporate Leasing.
Besides supervising sales team members, sales head also performs human resources duties, such as conducting interviews, hiring new staff and transferring or dismissing seasoned staff.Marketing roles may include planning, budgeting and executing business development initiatives to develop new leads and convert them.Sales head is responsible for consistent communication with marketing team for reporting the number of leads required and reporting occupancy status from time to time.Provide support in Formulation of Sales Strategy. Understand the key inputs required for the formulation of & sales strategy. Ensure timely conduct of market research by sales team. Analyze the research finding. Develop Business Plan. Discuss and finalize the sales targets and budgetary allocation with Co-Founders. Participate in finalization of policies and processes for the sales process. Volume/ turnover discounts. New product discount.
Conduct regular market visits, meet key customer (dealers) and assist the local sales team in achieving targets. Keep track of the inventory levels and outstanding payments.
Manage Channel Partners: Develop and build relations with various real estate brokers. Key customers/ influence.
Manage People: Coordinate with HR department in defining training programs, conducting interview and selecting candidates. Provide guidance, leadership, communicate expectations and motivation to the sales team across hierarchies. Appraise performance of sales team and provide periodic feedback. Conduct exit interviews.
Manage Performance Matrix: Review monthly performance of sales team and meet targets defined by co-founders.
