Objective
Generate revenue from assigned and new clients in Mumbai
Job Description
This person will maintain existing client relationships and develop new ones to generate revenue through repeat and new businesses in the field of digital media. Quarterly revenue targets will be assigned to the person. Some of the tasks that the person shall have to undertake on a day to day basis:-
  • Own and build client relationships
  • Oversee internal processes for client projects.
  • Liaise with, and act as the link between the client and the company by maintaining regular contact through emails, phone calls and in person meetings.
  • Assimilate client inputs and translate them into clear, actionable and inspiring briefs for the creative and tech teams. Manage client expectations during project execution and guide Project Managers accordingly.
  • Focus on renewing and expanding revenues from existing client accounts.
  • Explore opportunities to develop new client relationships and generate revenue from them.
  • Implement and adhere to the inter-departmental processes.
  • Update regular reports of billing and collections for internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues from clients, taking help from the collections
Qualifications
Candidates having a Bachelors / Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Management / Communication / Advertising / Marketing will be preferred.
Experience
3-4 years of experience in any advertising/communication agency, of which at least 1-2 years must have been in a digital agency.
Skills / Attributes
  • Excellent written, spoken and presentation skills in English.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
  • Spoken knowledge of Marathi and Hindi would be appreciated, though not essential.
  • Should have a track record of meeting / exceeding client’s expectations and relationship building capabilities.
  • Understand client requirements and ideate on suitable solutions.
  • Comfortable with long working hours, especially under tight timelines.
