Job Descriptoin
Hands on Experience on the HP uCMDB and HPSM Modules - Service Desk, Incident Management, Change Management, Request Management, Service Catalogue, Service Level Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management. Expertise in HP Discovery and Dependency Mapping Advanced Edition (DDMA), HP Discovery and Dependency Mapping Inventory (DDMI) and Just-In-Time (JIT) Discovery. Experience on UD installation and configuration. Experience on discovery using various technologies i.e.
NMAP, WINRM, WMI, SNMP, LAN-Swap. Experience with pushing desktop / laptop/ VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) hardware Cis into ITAM (Asset Manager) from uCMDB. Experience with pushing software CIs running on desktop / laptop devices into ITAM from uCMDB. Experience in syncing uCMDB data with HPSM, along with relationships and other required fields.Experience in HP Asset Manager and integrating it with HPSM and uCMDB
