Responsibilities:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for sales and for actively pursuing customers in the Enterprise, Commercial and Government verticals in line with the Go-To-Market plan. This person must execute the strategy in the India region and achieve financial and other targets.

To create business plan and set of initiatives to drive year on year revenue growth and increase in productivity and execute that business plan.

  • The Regional Sales Manager maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers.
  • The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives.
  • Motivating and coaching the reseller sales team.
  • The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account
  • Responsible for building a rolling pipeline (3 x quotas) for his region.
  • Responsible for accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting. (+ \ - 10%) for his Regional vertical.
  • To drive SFDC discipline .
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • To build relationship with his key stakeholders (customers/partners).
  • Engage with channels and align the right channel partners in his region.
