Job Descriptoin

Deliver business value through Right and Fast partnership

Develop firmware for a variety of embedded products. You will create project and technical reports as required and help define product architecture as needed. You will participate in schematic/layout review process and test and evaluate prototypes from initial engineering samples to mass production. You will help maintain firmware servers and develop tools for internal use, including scripts and basic hardware interfaces. Aid in the design and development of equipment and systems, and redesign of existing systems to fulfill the needs of Honeywell's customers.

  • Requirements
gathering and translation of them into software specifications is must

  • Hands on
experience into C/C++ design, with good in OOPS concepts designing and
development.

  • Should be
comfortable with Design patterns for medium scale embedded systems

  • Knowledge
of Linux for embedded systems or OS-less embedded systems, should have grounds
up knowledge of embedded systems design.

  • Past
experience of Physical Security Industry, Alarm panels & Industry standards
will be good to have

  • Should be
well versed with Agile methology

  • Experience
in Test Driven Development methodology and knowledge in unit test framework
like CppUnit would be helpful

  • Fundamental
knowledge of HTTP/S, Web Socket Secure, TCP/IP, Rest based architecture,
Open Source packages (Poco embedded web server, OpenSSL) would be helpful

  • Bachelor's degree
