Job Title : Lead- Enterprise Application

Location - Jaipur

Qualification: BE, Btech/MBA - IT (From Tier I Institite in India)

Relevent Experience: 10+ years of related experience, including systems/applications development and support, business systems analysis, systems project leadership/management in Banking/Finance industry.

Functional Compentencies :

Develop a common understanding of service level expectations with the business areas and regularly review the business areas’ measures and impressions of service level delivery; work collaboratively to develop solutions to bridge the gaps

Monitor and manage ongoing systems and services delivery to ensure the availability, reliability and responsiveness of all enterprise mission critical applications

Should be familiar of Enterprise Banking applications like AML, Fraud Management, Treasury, ALM, ERP systems, HRMS, GL etc

Excellent organizational skills, strong analytical and conceptual skills, and solid financial analysis skills coupled with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Attends to all aspects of work processes and products to assure quality, accuracy and completeness and are dependable, hardworking and accountable.
Expertise in program management processes required to ensure successful project management for large, strategic initiatives
Takes responsibility and ownership for organizational, team and personal commitments including outcomes of incorrect decisions or mistakes and demonstrates the ability to assess probability of success and consequences of failure, encouraging others to take calculated and responsible risks.

Non-Financial Responsibility:

Build a close rapport with users, vendors to ensure completion of projects and issues as per agreed plan

Coordinate with IT infrastructure teams for deriving their support for carrying out various projects

Closely coordinate with all user departments in understanding their software application needs and manage expectations

Develop effective business relationships between business staff and self/team members that are cordial, professional and productive

Manage and track issues and resolve them expeditiously. Comply with all Bank & Group guidelines on software development and change management including documentation

Compliance & Risk Responsibilities

Ensure the current practices/business processes comply with company procedures and government regulations Ensure efficient practices by recommending improvements in processing capability, user interface and security designs
