Facebook is looking for a Client Solutions Manager, Brand lead to work as an integral member of our Global Sales team consulting with some of the most exciting CPG companies and brands in the world. In this role, you will build customer and partner relationships, and deliver on strategic initiatives with our multi-channel advertisers. This is a manager level role that cuts across three core areas of responsibilities: i) People management, ii) Advancing the Brand narrative and iii) Strategic execution of the FB narrative for the book of business managed.
At the heart of this role, one will work on all facets of the Facebook offering, Ad and Pages Strategy, Creative Consultation and Measurement. With proven understanding of both online and traditional media, this role will align work with partners across Sales to develop industry-specific marketing relationships, drive and upsell revenue by optimizing complex opportunities with strategic clients.
Success in this position requires exceptional people management skills, strong consultative sales and analytical experience, operational excellence and rigor, market and industry knowledge, a proven ability to excel at working with internal cross-functional partners, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. The role is based out of Mumbai and reporting into the Head of Client Solutions, India.
RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Be the active people manager, working with the CSMs across the Brand pods


  • Building strong pod dynamics with the respective vertical CSMs and ensure timely investments in keeping the team’s health and motivation on track


  • Work closely in understanding the development needs of the Brand CSMs and work with the CSM lead and L&D to create a plan to development plans on those lines


  • Managing a Brand book of business, and working as the CSM responsible for those accounts


  • Identify need gaps or opportunities with business leaders and create a xfn plan to work on the same


  • Drive cross pod Brand initiatives in collaboration with VH, Measurement, FCS and GBM


  • Work with the advertiser to understand their business objectives and develop media plans and strategies on Facebook best suited to deliver the same


  • Provide dedicated account management to top clients, partner together with the sales team to develop, manage, optimize, and support strategic account plans, apply consultative sales strategies and leverage data and product knowledge to create business solutions for clients


  • Manage and analyze campaign performance to recommend optimized solutions specific to each clients’ goals, metrics, and objectives, including leveraging large and abstract datasets to provide easily understandable and actionable insights for advertising campaigns


  • Work cross-functionally with teams across Facebook to be up to date on Product, Measurement and Creative to constantly be improving customer experience and the holistic value proposition


  • Manage advertiser Page education, questions and related issues in order to build a strong foundation for client’s Facebook presence


  • Develop vertical expertise, including industry research and perspective, to drive clients overall business objectives and marketing solutions


  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


  • 11 years relevant experience, preferably with prior team management experience


  • Strong understanding of the Digital landscape and proven expertise of the Brand solutions at Facebook


  • Excels at stakeholder management and rallies XFN support to drive the select initiatives across Brand


  • Excellent critical thinking, analytical and technical skills are essential, as well as curiosity, persistence, and the ability to solve problems in a structured manner


  • Strong ability to apply rigor, methodologies and use technology to execute, assess, and explain complex brand and performance marketing solutions


  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage cross functional/partner as well as client relationships in complex and rapidly evolving environment


  • Knowledge of online advertising and/or measurement methods and technologies


  • A passion for and understanding brand and performance solutions


  • Minimum experience of 10 years + in a CPG industry/ fast-paced startup and/or online advertising environment strongly preferred


  • Strong passion for Facebook and our mission and familiarity with Facebook’s ad products


  • Self-starter, dynamic, flexible, hard-working, and highly organized
