Job description:


The GDC PMO Manager should have prior proven experience in
project/ program management, operational excellence, and change management in a
shared services organization. (S)he should have proven stakeholder management
and influencing skills in a global work environment. The dynamic environment at
GDC would require this person to exercise creativity in the design,
development, or improvement of existing processes and driving management of
change


— Lead
structuring, planning and execution of key projects and initiatives including
management and monitoring of resources, schedules, effective time utilization,
delivery of the project deliverables, escalation management and management of
change.


— Contribute
to KGDC’s strategic objectives, provide
thought leadership by researching trends and implementing industry best
practices to take KGDC up the value chain


— Continuously
engage with stakeholders and Operations team to understand their needs and
define policy, procedures, or systems accordingly


— Proven
ability to collaborate in a virtual, multi-cultural, multi- geography
environment


— Excellent
problem solving skills


— Attention
to detail and quality conscious


— Proactive

— Good
planner


— Organizing
skills, ability to prioritize


— Experience
with leading shared service center will be preferred


Eligibility -



— Education:


  • MBA,
PMP certification

— Work
experience:


  • 8-10
years

Technical Skill –



— Ability
to manage teams



— Project
/ Program management experience


— Good
knowledge of MS Office (excellent Power point and Excel Skills) and MS Project
