Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for thought leadership, sales and execution of projects across entire value chain of Human resources advisory. Lead global, regional and local projects for cross border and in country linked to organization design, Talent management, leadership assessment, Performance and rewards, HR Transformation, Change Management, and transition planning for clients across various industries. The industry focus is broadly Industrial Manufacturing & Automotive, Consumer & retail - ecommerce, Technology – Media – Telecom, Financial Services

  • Project Management:


  • Manage total HR and business transformation client solutions with comprehensive project management skills and manage/oversee the work project work-streams on specific client, business development and internal projects. manage setting scopes, budgets, staffing resources, creation and coordination of client-ready deliverables with KPMG's engagement teams, and direct communication of results with clients

  • Solution Focus:


  • Apply Talent Management, Organization Design, Change Management and Transformation and behavioral competencies, with emphasis on understanding the client organization. Exhibit deep understanding and conceptual knowledge of 1-2 of the solution areas, have an experience in the same.

Project Financials and Risk Management


Lead and manage the project profitability, risk processes, staffing and utilization, invoicing and collections



Business Development


Manage the proposal process, client conversations related to new business prospects

Gauge and follow business leads, work closely with the Partners and Directors in deal pursuits and sales processes/activities

People leadership

Oversee and drive development of staff, including being mentor and coach to junior team members

Coach and mentor the project team members to help them perform at their best of the abilities

Manage team performance

Qualifications and Skills

  • Talent Management, Organization Design, HR Transformation, Client Relationship Management, Business Development, Sales, Change Management, Culture Integration,
  • Exposure to multiple sectors and global/ regional/ local/ cross-border projects
  • Behavior Skills : Client relationship management, Strategic orientation, Negotiation skills; Problem solving ;Team player; Multi-tasking; Good communication skills; Good interpersonal skills
Experience and Background

§ Under Graduate: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

§ Post-Graduation :MBA/PGDM – Any stream (Preference to HR)

§ 8-10 years of overall experience.

§ Extensive experience in project management including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing staff, clients, and/or partners towards the successful completion of a project
