Area Home Sales Lead
- Job Responsibilities :
Overall Job Mandate
1 Ensure timely implementation of the building & customer acquisition
methods and delivery of acquisition targets for the respective area.
2 Engage and Manage local partners such as LCO, distributor for business
3 Manage high performance team, facilitate and ensure timely resolutions
of acquisition related issues through cross functional coordination
4 Monitor operational metrics, analytics and manage business performance
by replicating best practices across JCs in the respective State
1 Drive and ensure delivery of building and customer acquisition target
for respective area.
2 Directly manage relationship with Areas key influencers, Top Premium
3 Monitor and drive business target delivery through partners such as
4 Ensure implementation and adherence of Jio FTTH guidelines, policy and
availability of tools, kits for sales team.
5 Drive Implementation of sale enablement programs such as roadshows,
events, experience zones etc. across cities
6 Monitor the building & customer onboarding performance metrics and
conduct periodic reviews for performance improvement with Jio Centre
- Education Requirement :
1.Any BE/B Tech/Graduate
- Experience Requirement :
8 -12 years
- Skills & Competencies :
Large Team Handling capability.
