Job Descriptoin

  • 1. Manage financial resources and budgeting essential administrative expenditures.
  • 2. Coordinate the flow of paper work around the office, update and issue essential lists.
  • 3. Coordinate with Managerial staff and prepare a schedule for the drivers.
  • 4. Prepare Purchase order for procurement of stationary and other essential materials and submit for approval.
  • 5. Execute plans, policies and programs linked to property and equipment management, housekeeping, building maintenance and safety procedures.
  • 7. Identify departmental training needs.
